Richard Raysman- CEO
Richard Raysman is the CEO of HIPAA Mart and a recognized authority at the intersection of law and technology. With years of legal practice in New York City, Richard has represented major hospital systems and healthcare organizations, advising them on complex legal matters, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
Before practicing law, Richard was a systems engineer at IBM, giving him a robust technical foundation. He is also an accomplished writer, with over 300 published articles in the New York Law Journal, and a graduate of MIT His disciplined leadership style is also shaped by his six years of service in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Richard brings a rare combination of legal insight, technological understanding, and strategic vision to HIPAAmart, ensuring our offerings meet the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Eddie Quiroz –CTO
As a visionary CTO and co-founder, I am recognized as one of the leading software entrepreneurs, consistently pioneering cutting-edge technologies and innovative software solutions. With a rich history as a serial entrepreneur and blockchain evangelist, I specialize in delivering advanced, scalable platforms through exceptional API cloud technology, architecture, and design, significantly impacting enterprise environments.
I am deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem, serving as an active advisor to numerous early-stage ventures and emerging technology companies, providing expert guidance to fuel their growth trajectories. As an MIT Alumni Angel of NYC and a dedicated board member of the MIT Sloan Club of NYC, I maintain a robust connection with the tech and investment community, leveraging these relationships to facilitate impactful partnerships.
Holding a Master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), I combine technical excellence with entrepreneurial vision. I am currently open to collaborating on transformative new software projects, eager to apply my expertise to empower innovation and drive exceptional outcomes.
